Congratulations!!! Has your friend Anne in Rochester told you about meeting me? We were at Mayo for a consultation with the doctor she works for and as we starting talking we realized we had a common interest in Haiti. My daughter in college would like to become a nurse or NP and return to work in Haiti as God has put the physical needs of the children on her heart. Anne said a friend of hers was a NP in Haiti and I asked if it was you!! She was shocked to say the least when I told her I followed your blog. :-) We have never met but I am a nurse and love reading about the medical challenges you face in Haiti. We have two children adopted from Haiti in 2004 (through GLA) and have been to Haiti almost yearly since that to volunteer in one capacity or another.
